Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Stall Coordinator to manage our events. The successful candidate will oversee the stall setup, operation, and teardown, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stall Setup and Teardown: Assist with the setup and dismantling of the stall, ensuring all materials and products are properly displayed.

- Product Presentation: Maintain an attractive and organized display of products, replenishing stock as needed.

- Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with event attendees, providing information about products and services, and addressing inquiries.

- Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, accurately and efficiently.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is available throughout the event.

- Promotional Activities: Support promotional activities and distribute marketing materials to attract visitors to the stall.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the management team.

- Compliance: Ensure the stall complies with all event regulations and company standards.

- Coordination: Coordinate with event organizers and other stallholders as necessary.

- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the event promptly.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in marketing or sales is a plus.

- Experience: Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or customer service is preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proactive and problem-solving mindset

- Physically capable of setting up and dismantling the stall

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a similar role at events or exhibitions

- Knowledge of the products or industry related to the stall

- Familiarity with POS systems and sales software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
