Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Executive to join our team at Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and sales, with 3-5 years of proven experience. You will drive revenue by identifying client needs, managing event sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue event sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in event sales or a similar role, preferably in a club or hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of event planning, sales strategies, and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
