Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Executive to join our team. The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our event services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their event needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure successful events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' event requirements and provide customized event solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Sales and Negotiation:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet client expectations.
• Oversee event logistics and provide on-site support as needed.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Marketing Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing client concerns promptly.
• Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,717.81 per month
