Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the wedding or catering industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales management techniques
Familiarity with wedding planning,Catering and coordinating
Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Sell Catering and wedding Planning packages and services to prospective clients
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, and transportation
Develop and maintain relationships with wedding vendors and suppliers
Create and present wedding proposals to clients, ensuring all details and requirements are addressed
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire wedding planning journey
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain wedding clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue generation
Stay updated with the latest wedding trends and industry developments
Manage and maintain accurate records of all wedding bookings and contracts
