Job Description

The Wedding and Events Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all company events, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and brand image. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

Wedding event experience is must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the events strategy in line with the company's goals and objectives.
• Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, product launches, and social events.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the events team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
• Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to secure the best services at optimal rates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and senior management, to ensure event objectives are met.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and produce post-event reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Brand Representation: Ensure all events reflect the company's brand identity and uphold its reputation in the market.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the events strategy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in event management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in event management software and tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Shift time- 10 am to 6:30 pm
No. Of working days - 6 days
Salary - 15k -30k
Note:- Need a candidate who can join immediately and have personal laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
