Job Title: Event Operations Intern Department: Head of demand gen (Outbound) Reports To: Head of demand gen Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Operations Interns to help plan and execute our events. This internship will provide hands-on experience in event management, including registration, logistics, and day-of-event coordination. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in agency and media companies. Key Responsibilities: Registration Management: • Assist in setting up and managing event registration systems.
• Coordinate attendee communication and provide support for registration inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of registrations and payments.

Event Day Operations: • Support the setup and breakdown of event venues.
• Assist with on-site event coordination, including attendee check-in, troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to event participants and stakeholders.

General Support: • Help with administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
• Conduct research and gather information to support event logistics.
• Collaborate with the event team on various projects as needed.

Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, but not necessarily, media background will also work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
