This is a remote position.
As the leader in Public Safety Software, First Due participates in conferences, trade shows, and customer events year-round. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing national and regional events. First Due is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and loves finding creative solutions to join our Events team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support standard and enhanced events in collaboration with the Event Specialist.
• Execute an event marketing strategy that drives new business, engages customers, and strengthens the First Due brand.
• Coordinate over 175 trade shows annually, ensuring asset, service, and travel details are streamlined for success.
• Maintain CRM records and generate event briefs to support Sales and Client Success teams.
• Organize and manage event assets, including liaising with vendors, and ensuring materials are inventoried, shipped, and available onsite as required.
• Coordinate event travel, including platform management and invite creation.
• Oversee event services, including ordering Wi-Fi, electricity, carpet, and furniture for standard and enhanced events.
• Perform administrative tasks, including shared inbox management.
• Onsite support at select trade shows and First Due's annual User Conference.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in event coordination or management (preferred but not required)
• Exceptional project and time management skills
• Strong communicator, confident in engaging with peers and executives virtually or in person
• Self-driven and motivated, with a collaborative spirit and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, AirTable, Notion, and Microsoft Suite
• Passionate about advancing the First Due brand and transforming public safety
