Job Title: Event Production Manager

: We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and production, with a strong background in managing all aspects of event execution. From concept development to onsite coordination, the Event Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of each event.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision

Develop comprehensive event production plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of all event logistics

Oversee event setup and teardown, including stage design, lighting, sound, and AV equipment

Manage onsite staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support throughout the event

Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the event and implement effective solutions

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production or management

Proven track record of successfully executing a variety of events, from corporate conferences to live performances

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
