As an Event Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and post-event activities of various projects. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional delivery across all aspects of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, expectations, and requirements.
• Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of events are planned and executed effectively.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, vendor management, attendee registration, and technical support.
• Monitor event activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and effectively.
• Track expenses, negotiate with vendors, and manage invoicing and payments related to events.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning and execution process.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Solid understanding of event planning and management processes, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
