Core KRA to be generative revenue/ revenue enhancement- Growth from corporates at large addressing their needs for corporate gatherings, experiences, offsites, L&D and engagement programs. - Alliances and partnerships to be the means to an end.- Clear focus on revenue and business growth. It is a sales and BD role fundamentally not a marketing role.- Ideally we should look at aggressive go-getters from the MICE trade who can also come on board with captive relationships and business pipeline.Experience(years)3 - 5Salary (Annum)INR 5 - 6Location- Bengaluru and Mumbai.SkillsMICE- Offline Marketing- Event management- Candidates must have their own laptop and 2 wheeler.
