Role Overview :As an Event Manager at Pitch N Hire, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, such as corporate events, recruitment fairs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each event runs smoothly with minimum expenses and meets our organisational goals.Key Responsibilities :- Event Planning and Coordination : Develop and manage event plans from inception to completion, timelines, budgets, and logistics etc.- Budget & Sponsorship Management : Identify Sponsors . Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.- Vendor Management : Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure services such as catering, AV equipment, and venue space.- Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables.- On-Site Management : Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects are in place and functioning as intended.- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.- Client Relations : Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.- Post-Event Evaluation : Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience : Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully organizing events.Must Have Skills :- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Public relations & Media Planning Skills- Event Management Skill- Proficiency in event management software and tools.- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
