About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Client interaction:
i. Assisting with client communication, including discussing event details, and timelines, and confirming final arrangements.
ii. Providing excellent customer service and helping address client needs during the event.
2. Event setup and breakdown:
i. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging d cor, furniture, lighting, and sound systems.
ii. Ensuring the venue is properly prepared to meet event requirements.
3. Vendor coordination:
i. Helping to coordinate with external vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainment providers.
ii. Assisting with scheduling deliveries and ensuring vendors adhere to timelines.
4. On-site event assistance:
i. Providing support during the event to ensure smooth operations.
ii. Troubleshooting issues such as technical problems with sound or lighting and addressing last-minute changes from clients.
5. Google review collection:
i. Engaging with guests to collect Google reviews for \'Kalasam Lawns\' and encouraging positive feedback.
6. Logistics management:
i. Supporting the team in managing event logistics, including transporting materials, arranging deliveries, and ensuring everything needed for the event is on-site.
7. Safety and compliance:

ii. Managing risk assessments and monitoring event safety.
8. Administration:
i. Assisting with paperwork, event timelines, contracts, and invoices.
