Event Planning and Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of events, from conception to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Develop detailed event proposals and budgets, adhering to financial constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, bar staff, marketing, etc.) and external vendors (e.g., decorators, entertainers).
Operations and Logistics:
• Schedule and oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for events and assign roles accordingly.
• Address any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.
Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for events.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and partnerships to increase event attendance.
• Monitor trends in the industry to suggest innovative event ideas.
Client and Guest Relations:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event process.
• Collect feedback post-event and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Financial Management:
• Track event budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Analyze the profitability of events and generate financial reports.
Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all events comply with local laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses as required
