Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Trade Fair

Office Location: Ganapathy, Coimbatore

Job Location: On-field Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Marketing Coordinator to promote and sell exhibitor packages for our trade fairs. The ideal candidate will work to increase event participation by identifying and reaching out to potential exhibitors, managing client relationships, and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential exhibitors by researching industry sectors relevant to the trade fair theme.

2. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed monthly and event-specific sales targets.

3. Present detailed information about the trade fair, highlighting participation benefits, booth options, and sponsorship packages.

4. Negotiate terms and close sales deals with exhibitors, ensuring satisfaction with the value provided.

5. Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to align on promotional strategies and customer engagement.

6. Provide regular sales reports and feedback on exhibitor needs and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales or similar role, ideally within the events or trade fair industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
