The Event Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. With at least one year of experience, the candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination: Assist in event planning, and client meetings.
• Logistics: Coordinate venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Marketing: Help develop and distribute marketing materials and promote events.
• Client and Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• On-site Management: Provide on-site support and handle issues during events.
• Post-Event: Assist in post-event evaluations, process payments, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of event coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
