Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Assistant at The Whiz Lab in Mumbai. The Event Management Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to event planning and management. This includes coordinating with vendors, organizing and executing events, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations during events. The Event Management Assistant will work closely with the event management team to support the successful execution of events.

• Experience in event planning and management
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Comfort and confidence in working with children (or any past experience working with children) is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degree in Event Management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
