Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, including planning, setup, execution, and breakdown.
Serve as the liaison between clients, sales teams, kitchen staff, and banquet service teams.
Understand and execute client requirements for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and private functions.
Conduct site inspections, attend pre-event meetings, and provide accurate event details to relevant departments.
Monitor event progress and handle any issues or last-minute changes in a professional manner.
Ensure timely setup of tables, decor, equipment, and food service in line with the event schedule.
Supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Maintain event documentation, including banquet event orders (BEOs), invoices, and feedback reports.
Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
