We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and enthusiastic Administrative Staff & Event Coordinator to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative functions, coordinate events, and assist in travel planning. The role requires flexibility and a passion for travel, as the candidate will also be required to travel with the employer for business events, client meetings, and tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including handling emails, managing schedules, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate and execute events, including travel-related activities, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Assist in managing travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics for both clients and the employer.
- Support with the planning, organizing, and execution of company events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the employer on business trips, assisting with arrangements and providing on-ground support during travel.
Requirements:
- Female candidates
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for work-related purposes.
- Experience in administrative support or event coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and event planning experience is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
