RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducting Venue visits
• Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre event preparations
• Travel / accommodation planning and budget planning
• Venue Coordination
• Vendor coordination
• Assist in Logistics planning / coordination
• Provide technical oversight on the day of event on event related activities
• Coordinate on post event wrap-up
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Multilingual is a bonus
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
