Job Description

As an

Event Planner you

will gain hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing events. You will collaborate with our team of professionals, support various event planning activities, and learn the ins and outs of the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities:



*Event Coordination:



Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, timelines, and schedules.

Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

*Research and Sourcing:



Conduct research on vendors, venues, and event trends.

Source materials, decor, and other essentials required for events.

*Administrative Support:



Assist with preparing event proposals, budgets, and timelines.

Maintain and update event documentation and records.

*On-Site Support:



Support the team during on-site event setups, registrations, and coordination.

Help resolve any last-minute issues or changes during events.

*Marketing and Communication:



Assist in creating promotional materials and social media content for events.

Respond to client queries and provide updates on event progress.

*Feedback and Analysis:



Gather feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.

Prepare post-event reports and analyses.

*Skills and Qualifications:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with event planning software is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Shift time- 10 am to 6:30 pm
No. of working days - 6 days
Salary - 8k -25k
Note:- Need a candidate who can join immediately and have personal laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
