Shish Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution:
• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align event goals and expectations.
• Oversee venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• People Management & Coordination:
• Lead and manage event staff, ensuring all team members are aligned with event objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure smooth on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Networking & Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance event success.
• Identify and pursue new networking opportunities to expand event reach and impact.
• Research & Innovation:
• Conduct market research to identify event trends and opportunities.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance event quality and attendee experience.
• Analyze event performance and suggest improvements for future events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years in event planning and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Adaptability to handle changes and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Skilled in organizing and managing event logistics.
• Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Competent in conducting research and applying findings to improve events.
