Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and executing offline sales events such as at schools, music festivals, concerts, malls, and communities. Develop event concepts in collaboration with marketing and other teams. Understanding and Planning events with attention to financial and time constraints. Booking venues. Work with sales team to analyse the responses of leads, maintain a tracker, and suggest suitable response actions. Generating offline leads and processing them with accuracy and timeliness. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms. Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost. Manage all event operations. Do final checks on the day of the event (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems. Evaluate the event\xe2\x80\x99s success and submit reports. Skills & Experience Required Required Experience: 2-5 years in event management Proven experience as an event coordinator A proven track record of organizing successful events Excellent vendor management skills Well-organized with multi-tasking skill Problem-solving ability Education: A degree in hospitality management, public relations, or a relevant field is preferred Role: Event Coordinator / Preferably female candidates Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Bangalore CTC: Up to 8 lakhs per annum Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
