- Public Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers..
- Monitor media coverage and manage media inquiries.
- Manage crisis communication and PR efforts during critical situations.
- Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, corporate events and community outreach programs.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s image and objectives.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
- Oversee event promotion and attendee engagement strategies.
- Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in public relations, event planning.
- Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in PR and event management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
