We are seeking a talented PR and Event Manager to join our team and drive our brand presence to new heights.Job Summary:The PR and Event Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies and organizing high-impact events to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and event planning.Key Responsibilities:

• Public Relations:
• Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
• Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers..
• Monitor media coverage and manage media inquiries.
• Manage crisis communication and PR efforts during critical situations.
• Event Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, corporate events and community outreach programs.
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with the brands image and objectives.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
• Oversee event promotion and attendee engagement strategies.
• Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in public relations, event planning.
• Strong media relations skills and a network of media contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in PR and event management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
