Role:Electric Vehicle Thermal Management System EngineerEssential:xc2xa7 B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communicationxc2xa7 Minimum 60 % marksDesirable:M.E / M. Tech in Control Systems / Thermal Engineering and project work related to Electric Vehicle / Hybrid Electric Vehicle.Responsibilities:xc2xa7 Define the system diagram of the EV for thermal systemxc2xa7 Define the controller architecture, interfaces (electrical and physical), and functions for thermal management system of EVxc2xa7 Define the detailed requirements for EV thermal system & controlsxc2xa7 Perform system simulation & sizing for EV thermal systemxc2xa7 Develop the thermal management controller functions and software, including logic development, MIL evaluation, HIL evaluation and vehicle level validation using MBD approachxc2xa7 Develop diagnostics for thermal controllersxc2xa7 Implement ISO 26262 functional safety requirementsxc2xa7 Functional Testing, System/part benchmarking, and database creationxc2xa7 Working with stakeholders within the organization and outside (suppliers, consultants) for above developmentTechnical/ Functional:xc2xa7 Working experience of system and controls for automotive (ICE/xEV) thermal management system and/or HVAC Systemxc2xa7 Experience of Thermal Simulation in Matlab/Simulink or any other toolxc2xa7 Experience of Model Based Design with Matlab Simulink/State flowxc2xa7 Experience in testing at controller level (HIL) and vehicle levelxc2xa7 Exposure to appropriate Regulations and Standards of HEV/EV such as AIS 038, AIS 102, AIS 048 and AIS 084 etc.xc2xa7 ECU testing, excellent electrical/electronic troubleshooting skillsxc2xa7 Knowledge of ISO 26262Behavioralxc2xa7 Proactive, takes initiatives and should have good problem-solving skillsxc2xa7 Open to constantly learn, un-learn & re-learnxc2xa7 Motivate team with proper delegation through effective mentorshipxc2xa7 Envisage change & adapt swiftly to advancementsxc2xa7 Vision for future through foresight of the industry/consumer trendsxc2xa7 Should be open to posting anywhere as per the job requirement
