Microsoft Windows 10 and 7 proficient.
Mac OS knowledge is desired
SCCM Knowledge is MUST
Operating system deployment using SCCM desired
MBAM, GPO knowledge is desired
Experience with Service management tool - Service Now preferred
Should have good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook.
Preferable to have a good understanding of Lync, VPN, and other standard desktop applications.
Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts
Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
