Handling uptime,performance, compliance SLA for entire end user IT Infrastructure inoffices and branches globally. End user support Stakeholder management along with End User Experience Enhancement Managing IT managedservices teams. Define their Role Responsibilities and measuring theirperformance against signed SLA. QA and reviews for continuousimprovements / progress. Handle End useron-boarding/separation end to end as accountable. Brief knowledge on Assetmanagement, Inventory management, SAM and its lifecycles. Monitor maintenance upgradation/patch management of Operating Systems, IT infra related applications. Interact with variousvendors for sourcing updated/latest products and solutions. Manage all the technologyrelated requirements, including technical feasibility study, selection,upgradation / migration of hardware, software, applications. Ensure compliance withthe companys policies in administration of IT Infrastructure / Facilities. Support/Handle ITinfrastructure and access management audits. Vendor Managementengagement review to enhance service capabilities along with new technology. Managing vendor/partnersthrough service review meetings, measuring their performance against signedSLA. Review and initiatemeasures for streamlining internal processes. Administration ofMicrosoft O365 portal and its various apps/tools and exchange services. Assist in evaluation andimplementation of various Information Technology Tools. About you Proven ability to establish and maintain effectivebusiness relationships.
