An Etsy E-commerce Executive is responsible for focusing on driving traffic, increasing sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational efficiency on the platform. Below are key responsibilities typically associated with the role:
1. Product Listing Management
• Create, update, and optimize product listings
• Keyword research and SEO
• Monitor product performance
2. Sales & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Manage advertising campaigns
• Collaborate on social media and email marketing
3. Customer Service & Engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve issues
• Maintain high ratings
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide insights and reports : Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and customer trends to inform decision-making.
• Adjust strategies based on analytics : Make data-driven adjustments to improve sales and product listings.
5. Store Optimization
• Improve store design and user experience
• A/B testing : Experiment with different layouts, product descriptions, and offers to find the most effective configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with Etsy updates
6. Compliance and Policies
