: ETP - Plant Operator

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WRT-RO (Water Recycling & Treatment - Reverse Osmosis) systems efficiently.
• Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues in equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of water quality parameters, plant performance, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new treatment systems.
• Coordinate with the team for periodic servicing and ensure minimal downtime.
• Handle chemicals and dosing processes safely and as per guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Ability to operate and maintain treatment plant equipment effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in report preparation and record-keeping.
