Candidate Requirements We are looking to hire a candidate for the position of \'Fellow\' under ConveGenius\' flagship EdTech for Naya Bharat (ETNB) program, referred to as ETNB fellows. An ETNB fellow would need to fulfil the following requirements: Minimum qualification of B.Sc., Computer Science, B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ BCA/Diploma in tech-based field, PG with PGDCA with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Should have good computer and networking skills. Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the government education system and related communities. Solution-oriented, with the ability to use data and dashboards to guide decision-making. Highly proficient in written and spoken communication in English amp; Telugu. Basic proficiency in using G suite (Google Calendar, Google forms, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Candidates with regular access to a PC or Laptop are preferred. Candidates who own a means of transport are preferred. Key Activities Ensuring fulfilment of target-based student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform. Problem-solve with stakeholders to ensure that program runs smoothly every day. Active management of relationships with key stakeholders (MEOs, School HMs, teachers, students, parents and PAL Coordinator) in 12 to 15 schools through school visits and community visits. Liasoning with officials to ensure awareness and support for the program. Effectively planning days and weeks to ensure that targets are achieved. Timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
