Rhythm Conpro: Rhythm Conpro Seeks Detail-Oriented Estimator

Rhythm Conpro, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects by providing accurate and timely estimates of Building Envelope Systems (BES) costs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for BES installations.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on current material pricing and industry trends.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure estimates are comprehensive and reflect project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for client presentations and proposals.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks associated with BES installations.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and records for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a focus on Building Envelope Systems.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and industry pricing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction estimating software (e.g., Planswift, WinEstimator).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
