Introduction-We are a leading multinational commercial construction subcontracting company specializing in estimation, take off, and 3D BIM modeling. Our projects range from small renovations to large-scale new constructions in the commercial sector. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Glazing Estimator to join our team.

Requirements;

? Communicating project details clearly in English

? Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine project scope and

identify potential risks and opportunities.

? Analyzing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, including

identifying and quantifying all necessary materials, labor, and equipment

required for the project.

? Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, taking into consideration

project schedules, labor rates, and material costs, and ensuring that all estimates are competitive and profitable.

? Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials and services.

? Identifying value engineering opportunities to provide cost savings to the client without compromising quality or performance.

? Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure that estimates are accurate and complete, and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

? For estimators with more experience: Mentoring and providing guidance for junior estimators, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

? Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and continuously improving estimating processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in B Tech in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related field is preferred, but not required.

? 3 to 7 years of experience in estimating and project management roles. Salary is dependent on the number of years of experience.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software such as BlueBeam Revu, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff. Experience with BlueBeam Revu is highly preferred.

? Knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as industry best practices and standards.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
