Estimator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers.
• Monitor costs and update estimates as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of estimation experience in architecture or construction.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
