Location : New York-based Construction Company (Full-time, on-site in Delhi, India)
Salary : Up to 50,000 INR per month

About Us

We are a New York-based construction company specializing in building exteriors and facade repairs. Our services include concrete masonry, stucco, wall plaster, exterior insulation, finish systems, and roofing . We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our Delhi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimation : Accurately assess the number of labor hours required for projects, including cost analysis for labor and materials.
• Bidding and Procurement : Prepare bids for new projects and oversee material procurement.
• Delay and Hindrance Analysis : Analyze project delays and identify potential hindrances, providing actionable solutions.
• Quantity Assessment : Use relevant software to calculate quantities for materials and labor.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Project Managers and assist in project planning.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience with approximately 70+ projects in the same trade.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with quantity assessment and soft drawing software.

Specialized Knowledge :

• Expertise in concrete masonry, stucco, wall plaster, building repair, and facade work.
• Understanding of exterior insulation and finish systems.

Traits :

• High speed and accuracy in estimation tasks.
• Flexibility to work late-night or graveyard shifts occasionally.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with project management teams.
