Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and project schedules for real estate construction projects. Ensures timely planning and coordination to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings.

Develop and monitor project schedules (MS Project/Primavera).

Coordinate with vendors for pricing and procurement inputs.

Track project progress, resources, and update reports.

Support tender documentation and bid preparation.

Requirements:

B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering

3+ years' experience in real estate/civil construction

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project/Primavera

Strong analytical and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,186.59 - ?35,000.00 per month
