Location: Bhosari, Pune
Requisits:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial roles, preferably in the construction or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project finance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in relevant software applications, such as MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Electrical (HV, LV, Substation & Power Distribution,
• Lighting, Earthing, Cabling and Cable Trays, Power points, etc.) project,
• Project Analysis and Evaluation,
• Cost Estimation, Quantity Takeoff,
• Budget Preparation, Bid Preparation and Submission,
• Vendor and subcontractor Management, Risk Assessment,
• collaboration and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Experience:
• Estimation and Billing: 3 years (Preferred)
