\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluation of Techo commercial proposals of vendor. Raising TQ/CQ from the tender documents
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare capex estimation at various stage of project (Class 5 to Class 1) using appropriate tools
(ASPEN CCE)
\xef\x82\xb7 Study the entire project scope of work, Attend the Value engineering session, review engineering
deliverables.
\xef\x82\xb7 Review and established the appropriate cost estimation in terms of direct and indirect cost
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to perform construction take-offs, estimate man-hours for your discipline of expertise (Primarily
Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation), schedule work using Excel, Primavera or other
scheduling tools, solicit and evaluate Contractor quotes, and work closely with other seniors in their
discipline field in compiling a complete project estimate.
\xef\x82\xb7 Estimating costs for heavy industrial, oil and gas, pipeline and facility, and power generation construction
projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for generating competitive target costs for new and existing Contracts
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare cost estimates for material, machines, fabrication, inspection, coating, assembly, testing and
related operation for new tendering Contracts.
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate, maintain and update cost data.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by Senior Management.
\xef\x82\xb7 To support the preparation of Cost Estimates on facilities modification project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of the initial Contract Estimate as a basis for Cost Control.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare estimate for Management reviews and approvals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that all classifications of estimates are developed where necessary, basic costs are defined
and comply with specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Future forecasts and trends can be developed in support of the Project Cost Engineering function.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and update estimating statistics, methods and data, providing a comprehensive and reliable
source of information.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of the engineering workflow for a project, and manage priorities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Comply with all applicable quality with environmental, health and safety regulations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have hands on work experience on Pressure Vessels, heat exchangers and related products
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the college to ensure the timely deliver the estimation with support and review.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with project team to identity the project estimation risk.Qualification:
Bachelor\'s Degree in mechanical
Work Experience: 7 to 10 Years
