Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze, and validate cost estimates for real estate projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost planning.
• Evaluate tenders, vendor quotations, and contracts to provide cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of materials, labor costs, and other project-related expenses.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
