Job Summary:
DR Tech Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimation Engineer to lead cost estimation processes for our residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in quantity surveying, cost analysis, and project budgeting to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare detailed estimates.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Evaluate vendor quotes, subcontractor pricing, and market rates.
• Develop cost-effective project budgets and recommend value engineering options.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Monitor and revise estimates based on project progress and scope changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction cost estimation, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market trends.
