• Candidate with experience in the quantity estimation work in Industrial projects will be given preference.
• Experience in Civil Estimation works including knowledge of all types of material required for civil construction works.
• Experience in understanding the drawings to ascertain the quantities.
• Experience in co-ordination with Client, Design Team & Site team.
• An ability to prepare rate analysis, material co-efficient statements.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly MS Excel.
• Contractor bills verification and certification and may need to visit the site for clarifications if any.
• Preparation of budgetary cost of the project and monitoring the same during execution.
• Gather proposals, technical specifications, rate working support documents.
• Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Estimation Design Enginner: 5 years (Preferred)
