Job Title: Esthetician Skin Specialist (BDS Doctor)

We are seeking a qualified and skilled Esthetician Skin Specialist with a background in BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery). The ideal candidate will focus on providing advanced skincare treatments and consultations, combining medical expertise with aesthetic solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations:
• Assess patients' skin health and aesthetic needs during detailed consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and concerns.
• Skincare Treatments:
• Perform advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Administer injectables like Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements if certified.
• Treatment Planning and Execution:
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment care guidelines to ensure optimal results.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients about skincare routines, preventive measures, and lifestyle practices for maintaining healthy skin.
• Stay informed about new products, technologies, and trends to recommend effective solutions.
• Hygiene and Compliance:
• Maintain a sterile and clean environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to medical protocols and industry standards during procedures.
• Collaboration and Innovation:
• Work closely with other medical and aesthetic professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Suggest innovative treatments and techniques to improve service offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Education: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Prior experience in esthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetology is preferred.
• Certification in skincare or aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser therapy, injectables) is a plus.
• Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with skincare technologies and equipment.
• Strong understanding of skin health, dermatology basics, and aesthetic principles.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
