Responsibilities:

• Manage user access and permissions within the Esker application Conduct user training or train-the-trainer sessions to ensure efficient utilization of the Esker application.
• Perform application demonstrations to showcase its capabilities to stakeholders .
• Create custom views, dashboards, and reports based on specific business requirements .
• Act as a consultant during new implementations, representing the business needs and translating them into efficient user stories.
• Provide system training, potentially utilizing limited coding with regular expressions Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for users .
• Some familiarity with reading processing logs, API calls, SFTP, IDOCs, and one or more ERPs connected to Esker is preferred.
• Some familiarity with order management, AP, or AR business practices is a bonus. Esker is connected to SAP ECC6, IBS, Mainframe, QAD, JDE Oracle E1 9.2, and soon SAP S4/Hana.
