This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and programs that promote a safe and healthy working environment. The ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) Manager will lead initiatives to minimize workplace hazards, reduce the environmental impact of operations, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role encompasses the administration of safety training programs, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of safety protocols and environmental practices.Responsibilities

• Candidate would be responsible for One Clariant site at Bonthapally, Hyderabad and Three toller sites and External Warehouse at Hyderabad.
• To Lead the implementation of ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) systems at the site which involves establishing objectives, plans, standards, global procedures, and policies for successful integration. This includes sustaining zero red risks through strict adherence to ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) guidelines, ensuring timely statutory compliance to support business growth, and maintaining occupational and process safety with zero DART(Days away & restricted work) , lifesaving rules, and contractor safety management.
• To support business by leading changeovers and new projects according to ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) guidelines and directing actions towards sustainability goals in line with global objectives.
• To ensure robust safety culture, executing safety walks, and ensuring quality in incident investigations and training programs.
• To Lead and overseeing WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) operations, managing safety and environmental activities at third-party manufacturing sites, and leading the site team during audits and inspections to achieve zero findings.

Requirements

• Any BTech Chemical graduate with a Safety Diploma from RLI (Regional Labor Institute) /CLI ( Central Labor Institute)/ or any other Factories department approve Institute.
• Minimum experience of 12 to 15 years working on ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis).
• Hand on experience in the operations of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) with a Zero liquid Discharge - Preferable
• Proven experience in implementing and managing ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) systems and programs.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and hazard identification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and develop strategic plans to improve ESHA (Environmental Safety & Health Analysis) performance.
