Position: Escalation ManagementYears of Experience: 8+ YearsLocation: World Trade Center, Chennai.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Create and Report on all major incidents.\xc2\xb7 Must be able to provide incident management and war room.\xc2\xb7 Must have worked with large IT landscape (i.e. multiple servers appx 100+) in his previous engagement.\xc2\xb7 Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes.\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily calls with external partners.\xc2\xb7 Proactive monitoring and escalation of all applications.\xc2\xb7 War Room calls to be scheduled and conducted.\xc2\xb7 Document all progress.\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on critical items as per directions.QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLSETS:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree.\xc2\xb7 Degree with computer science or related topic would be added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Experience in 2nd level support for more than two consecutive years\xc2\xb7 Experience in a ticket System (e.g. Jira);\xc2\xb7 Experience in a documentation system (e.g. Confluence)\xc2\xb7 Experience in Incident Management handling.\xc2\xb7 Experience in support in a 2nd or 3rd level support position.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.\xc2\xb7 Basic or end to end knowledge in Shipping Life cycle.\xc2\xb7 Continuous learner who keeps up to date with technology trends and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a passion for resolving complex technical challenges.ADDITIONAL NOTES:\xc2\xb7 Preferably immediate Joining or a minimum of notice period.\xc2\xb7 Ready to work in 24x7 shift, including night shifts.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in perennial night shifts\xc2\xb7 Ready to re-locate near office location in case staying away from office area
