Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client escalations and resolve issues at L2 support level.

- Collaborate with different teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and client handling.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are required.

- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or client handling.

- Open to both undergraduates and graduates.

- Ability to work flexible shifts for a better work-life balance.
