Please visit our website, https://www.mantratec.com/ Job Summary Seeking an experienced ERP Technical Architect / Team Lead to spearhead the development of a comprehensive in-house ERP system for internal group of companies based on ERPNext and Frappe framework. The role involves extensive requirement gathering from diverse company departments, designing and developing integrated modules including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Content Management System (CMS), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The successful candidate will manage and mentor a dedicated team of 4-5 developers, ensuring the delivery of a scalable and efficient in-house ERP solution that aligns with the company\'s processes and growth strategies Roles and Responsibilities: - Engage with multiple stakeholders to capture and analyze specific ERP requirements for a diverse group of companies. Design a customizable, scalable ERP solution with ERPNext and Frappe that aligns with varied business processes. Lead the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment, adhering to Python and Frappe best practices. Mentor a team of 4-5 developers, fostering skill development and overseeing project contributions to meet milestones. Utilize agile project management techniques to ensure timely delivery of ERP components while managing scope and resource allocation. Implement stringent quality assurance protocols to guarantee the ERP system\'s reliability and performance across all business functions. Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for end-users, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of the ERP system. Work with executive leadership to ensure the ERP strategy is in line with organizational objectives and future growth. Job Requirements: - Bring a wealth of experience with 10+ years in developing enterprise-level and complex software products, preferably with exposure to ERP systems. Demonstrated expertise in Python programming and experience with the Frappe framework and ERPNext, or similar open-source ERP platforms. Proven track record in leading and managing a technical team, with the ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and project management skills, with a history of successful end-to-end project lifecycle management using agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of translating complex technical details into clear business language.
