The role involves extensive requirement gathering from diverse company departments, designing and developing integrated modules including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Content Management System (CMS), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The successful candidate will manage and mentor a dedicated team of 4-5 developers, ensuring the delivery of a scalable and efficient in-house ERP solution that aligns with the company\'s processes and growth strategies Roles and Responsibilities: - Engage with multiple stakeholders to capture and analyze specific ERP requirements for a diverse group of companies. Design a customizable, scalable ERP solution with ERPNext and Frappe that aligns with varied business processes.
