Integration Expert - Understanding of diverse set of integration/datawarehousing technologies e.g. Informatica, BOOMI, Ab-Initio, Teradata, SQL Server - Experience of managing multiple scrum teams working on Integration technologies - Exposed to working with remote teams/stakeholders, also leveraging external resources - Experience of deploying complex ETL transformation projects Serves the PO - Helps Product Owner maximise value of Product Backlog - Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed - Finding techniques for effective product backlog management - Understanding product planning in an empirical environment Serves the Scrum Team - Coaching with self-organisation and cross-functionality - Removing impediments to the development team\'s progress - Coaching the development team in organisational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood - Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed Service to the organisation - Leading and coaching the organisation in its Scrum adoption - Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
