Overview:
• Own & lead ERP Order to Cash & Project Systems Center of Excellence for uniform global design standard solutions and applied business process harmonization in form of Key Design Decisions & its delivery (One core standard design fits to all countries except Compliance).
Responsibilities:
• This main area of Excellence will include- Order Capture to Clean Order, Clean Order to ship, Invoice Claims & Returns, Various types of Superstore Equipment & Services/modernizations Projects setup, execution & Global reporting KPIs including WHQ.
• You will consult, advise & on hands contribute to SAP Sales & Distribution & Project systems Modules for Business Process Analysis, implementation & Configurations. Training and Documentation, Development > Testing >MTPs, Upgrades and Enhancements, Integration, Project & Production Support and System Maintenance.
• You will support to healthy projects delivery in Time & budget, and execute efforts for cost optimization opportunities, Maintain relationship with Internal business teams and Continuous Learning
• Keep abreast of industry trends, SAP best practices, and new technologies. Attend relevant training sessions and conferences to stay current with the latest advancements in SAP and related technologies.
• This role will report to the ERP CoE Manager
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery and support
• Demonstrated/safeguarding Ethics and integrity.
• Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about solutions to business, products, and technical challenges.
• Results oriented, always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes.
• Demonstrated "agile-development" mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation.
• Strong desire to continue to grow skillset and work across the full technology stack.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously.
• Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
