Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment, customization, and support of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and smooth integration of ERP systems into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:Implementation and Configuration:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end ERP system implementations.
• Configure ERP modules to align with business processes and client requirements.
• Customize system workflows, dashboards, and reports based on user needs.
• Manage data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Client Collaboration:

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Conduct workshops and sessions to train users on ERP functionality and best practices.
• Provide technical and functional guidance during implementation phases.
• Address client concerns and adapt solutions to evolving needs.

System Integration and Testing:

• Integrate ERP systems with third-party tools, applications, and hardware.
• Perform rigorous testing to ensure system stability, accuracy, and performance.
• Resolve technical issues during the implementation and post-go-live phases.

Support and Maintenance:

• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
• Ensure timely updates and patches to maintain system efficiency and security.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Project Management:

• Develop and manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Skills and Qualifications:Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data mapping, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Salary 35000 for a month
