Vacancy : 4 Responsibilities :

Understand the project needs, give demonstration to the end-user & convert the potential lead into strong business relation,
Have to do ERP implementation and provide training to clients,
Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with clients,
Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,
Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,
Have to attend training sessions whenever required,
Solving assigned tasks based on the estimated time,
In some cases, an employee should have to go outside the city for more than one day according to companies need.
Should have to be present in every product fair whether the company is participating or not.
Generate daily work report
Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis,
Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance
