Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Odoo ERP Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of Odoo ERP solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Odoo ERP.
3. Understand client requirements and propose tailored Odoo ERP solutions to meet their business
needs.
4. Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
6. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover and successful deployment
of Odoo ERP solutions.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic input
for sales and marketing activities.
8. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably in ERP software sales / freshers can also apply.
2. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. However, if you have strong sales skills and confidence, you are encouraged to apply even without a degree
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
